Important - New Prescription System
You will no longer be able to order your repeat prescriptions through your pharmacist. Please use one of the options below. You will still be able to collect you medications from your chosen pharmacist once it has been ordered.
If you have registered with the new system, Patient Access, then please click here to order your prescription. The App can be downloaded from the App stores.
If you have not registered for Patient Access then please complete this form. Please note: you will need a unique Patient ID and Registration Token for registration, which you can obtain from the surgery (please allow 48 hours)

Otherwise please order your repeat prescriptions though the practice in writing. This can be done by email to email@example.com for Swanscombe/Greenhithe/Bean/Lamorna or firstname.lastname@example.org for Elmdene/Bennett Way, or in person in the practice.
Please allow 48hrs for processing, this includes requests by email.
A Home Delivery Service During the COVID 19 Pandemic is provided to those at-risk patients required to isolate for 12 weeks from our Bean Surgery for dispensing patients.
Alternatively you may post your request with a self-addressed envelope or via the fax number.
Upon receipt of your request we aim to have the prescription ready 48 hours later. This gives the Doctor time to carry out essential regular checks on your repeat medication to eliminate any related problems.
The local Pharmacies may offer a delivery service. Please enquire with your chosen chemist for details.
Many remedies for minor ailments are available over the counter and the local chemist would be able to advise you on these.
